Long Time No Blog
October 16, 2010
Hello! It has been a long time since my last blog.
Anyway, last summer, my mother and I went to the Philippines. The Philippines is an archipelago that consists of 1,707 islands. Seven or so of them are above water only when the tide is low. First, we visited my father. I was very glad to see him. He came along when we visited my grandparents (on my father's side). They were very glad to see me. There, I bought some lottery tickets. I didn't win, though. I also swam in a waterfall. After a farewell to my grandparents, we visited my grandparents (in my mother's side). There, I went ziplining one-third of a mile down part of a jungle (sort of) on a mountain. That was exhilarating. I also went in a big ball with my uncle and was rolled down a course. That was fun. Next, we went home (in the Philippines). I met my cousins soon after. I had a ton of fun. Sadly, we (my mother and I) had to leave. We missed them all. If you're wondering why I didn't blog about all this sooner, I didn't have much internet acess.
Soon after we arrived from the Philippines, summer was over. I had to go to school. On the first day, I met many of my classmates from last year's class. There is no recess in middle school (mine, at least). By the end of the week, I knew who the class clowns were.
That is all I have to say...for now.
